Our Full Package forms your UK limited company and includes 12 months of registered office and director service address for £225 in total, including the £100 Companies House fee. If you only want the formation, Basic Formation is £125 including the Companies House fee, with no address included.

After the first 12 months
When the Full Package's 12 months of address ends, you can continue the registered office and director service address on the standard plans — currently £10 a month or £100 a year, with no VAT.

What information or documents are needed to start?
Your name, date of birth, home address and contact details, your company details (or the details of the company you are forming), and photo ID for the online ID check that every director completes.
Is the director service address included for all directors?
Yes. Every director of the company can use our Brentwood address as their service address. There is no per-director charge.
Is VAT added?
No. We do not charge VAT. The price you see — £10 a month or £100 a year — is the price you pay.
