How much does a registered office address cost?
Our registered office address costs £10 a month or £100 a year. No VAT is charged, there is no setup fee, and there is no scanning or admin fee for the official post included in the service. The director service address for all directors is included in the price.
The two plans
- Monthly: £10 a month, cancel with 30 days' notice.
- Annual: £100 in total for 12 months — a 12-month commitment, paid in advance. That is £20 less than 12 monthly payments.

- Ordinary official post for the company, scanned and sent digitally
- Online ID check for each director
The only possible extra
If you ask us to send an item to you physically, we recharge the actual Post Office postage for that item. There is no admin fee on top. Most customers rarely or never need this, because official post is scanned.

Do you charge an admin fee for forwarding mail?
No. If an item needs to be sent to you physically, we recharge only the actual Post Office postage cost. There is no admin fee.
Are there hidden fees?
No. No VAT, no setup fee, no scanning fee and no admin fee. The only possible extra is the actual postage if you ask us to send an item to you physically.
Can I cancel the annual plan early?
The annual plan is a 12-month commitment, paid in advance, so it cannot be cancelled early for a refund. You can choose not to renew it at the end of the 12 months.
