Registered office address for contractors
Contractors working through their own limited company can use our Brentwood address as the company's registered office and their director service address for £10 a month or £100 a year, with no VAT. Official Companies House and HMRC post is scanned and sent to you digitally, wherever your contracts take you.
Why it suits contractors
- Your home address stays off the public register — useful when clients and agencies look you up.
- Official post reaches you digitally even when you are working on site away from home.
- Your registered office does not change when you move house, so there's less to update.
What it does not cover
We do not accept trading correspondence from agencies or clients, parcels, or post for other businesses. Give agencies an email or separate contact address for day-to-day paperwork.
Frequently asked questions
Can it be used for HMRC?
Yes. Official HMRC post sent to your company at its registered office is included, scanned and sent to you digitally.
Can I use it on invoices?
Yes, as your registered office address, which companies are required to show on invoices and order forms. Ask customers to send payments and correspondence elsewhere, as we do not accept trading mail.
Is the director service address included?
Yes. The director service address is included in both the £10 monthly and the £100 annual plan at no extra cost.
Can suppliers send trading correspondence there?
No. Supplier and other trading correspondence is not accepted. Please give suppliers a separate trading address or email.
Are there hidden fees?
No. No VAT, no setup fee, no scanning fee and no admin fee. The only possible extra is the actual postage if you ask us to send an item to you physically.
