Registered office address for property companies

Property investment companies, including buy-to-let SPVs, can use our Brentwood address as their registered office and director service address for £10 a month or £100 a year per company, with no VAT. It keeps directors' home addresses off the public register and handles the company's official Companies House and HMRC post.

Is the director service address included for all directors?

Yes. Every director of the company can use our Brentwood address as their service address. There is no per-director charge.

Can you receive documents on behalf of another business?

No. We only accept official post for the company registered with us. We do not accept documents or mail on behalf of other businesses.

Can it be used for HMRC?

Yes. Official HMRC post sent to your company at its registered office is included, scanned and sent to you digitally.

Can I use it for a business bank account application?

You can give it as your company's registered office on a business bank application. Each bank sets its own rules and will usually also ask for the directors' home addresses, so we cannot guarantee any bank's decision.

Is £100 the final annual price?

Yes. The annual plan is £100 in total for 12 months of registered office and director service address. No VAT is added, and there is no setup fee.
